At Isandiso, our journey began in 2004 in Richards Bay, where we initially focused on servicing heavy industries in the region. What started as a small operation has, over the years, evolved into a company delivering innovative water conservation, water demand management, and smart utility solutions across South Africa.

As the needs of our clients and the industry changed, so did we. We expanded our expertise from traditional infrastructure services into smart water and electricity metering, as well as integrated utility management solutions, positioning Isandiso at the forefront of modern infrastructure development.

This growth would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of our people. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to every employee who has been part of this journey—from those who were there in the early days to our current management team and staff who continue to drive the company forward.

Today, Isandiso proudly employs over 200 people and operates across six provinces in South Africa, delivering impactful solutions that improve efficiency, reduce losses, and support sustainable resource management.
As we look to the future, our focus remains on innovation, excellence, and creating long-term value for our clients and communities.
